Hi, this site is designed to help you make a meego for free! Incase you don't know what a meego is I will explain, a meego is a little character that you can create of the internet and purchase for $AUS 3.95. To create a meego click here! In this tutorial I will show you how to make a meego for nothing!

 

What you will need:

 

1) Get in to the Meego site (link above)  and choose a gender.

2) Choose your meego's eyes, mouth, hair and skin colour

3) Click Go to Meego Mall

4) Select everyday Meego and dress your meego. This is similar to step 2.

5) Now comes the tricky part. Get your Meego in a clear view (you can see all of it) and press print screen (this button is located on your keyboard above insert, near the arrow keys).

6) Load Paint

7) Go to edit and then paste.

8) You will now see your Meego (along with some other stuff) in paint. To get rid of all the stuff around the Meego select the cutting tool.

  

9) Click the top left hand corner of your Meego (including the background) and drag the box (hold down the left mouse button) to the bottom right hand corner of your Meego.

10) Go to edit and select cut. Then go to file and new.

11) Go to edit and paste.

12) If your Meego looks like the one bellow adjust the boundaries using the circled box (click and drag till you see no white). If not proceed to number 13. 

13) Go to file save as... make sure that the bottom box says JPEG (shown bellow) save into a memorable spot.

14) Enter MSN Messenger, sign in if your not already, Next to your name click the arrow to view a menu, click personal settings. From the main window (top left hand corner bellow) select change Display picture, this will bring up another window (to right) select browse and find your meego where ever you saved it, select open and ok on the my display picture window, choose ok on the options window and your done!

Here are some of my Meegos for you to download. Just right click the image and select save picture as. Use step 14 to put them in your MSN Messenger.
